Returns policy 

Please ensure that you choose carefully when making a purchase as we do not give refunds if you simply 'change your mind' or have made a mistake in your purchase. Revitalise will however refund the purchase price on goods that fail to meet the standard of merchantability or 'fitness of purpose', or are unsatisfactory or incorrectly packaged or damaged.

In the case of incorrectly packaged goods or goods that arrive damaged Revitalise will provide replacement goods at no additional charge.

In order to receive a refund you must provide proof of purchase and return the goods in perfect condition within 14 days of the date of receiving the order together with a written statement explaining why you are returning the goods.

Postage charges will only be refunded where it is clear that the reason for the refund is the fault of Revitalise.
