Sorry, but watching TV doesn't count as a valuable way to relax! Your mind is overstimulated. And, whilst having an alcoholic drink may make you think you are relaxing, it is not the real solution - it is just dulling your senses. Relying on alcohol to relax can also lead to long term dependence.
